Regarding applets, do you:

1.) Prefer to write with swing, and direct users to download the plug-in?
2.) Write with swing, and include the swingall.jar?
3.) Use software such as CodeWarrior and include only the necessary classes?
4.) Avoid swing all together?
5.) Avoid applets all together?
