| | November, 2004:
Rust found in the wheel wells. We cut the rusted frame members out and welded in new frame.

Air conditioners delivered were not what we ordered. Took them back and re-ordered. We really wanted the low profile roof airs.

| | April, 2005:
Entry door window did not fit properly - gap (and gasp!). Peninsula insists they cut our window exactly to our pattern. I have pictures of the pattern. I believe the error was on their part. There was only one pattern though and they have it, so we had no recourse. Plus, we still needed many more windows. We ordered another entry door window. This time however, I made a copy of my pattern before sending it to them. The second one, which had a different kind of ring, fit fine.

| | August, 2005:
Siding did not fit flat on frame (slightly waved) - copilot side.
|
| | August, 2005:
A couple/few aluminum strips have been painted silver by a previous owner!
|
| | September, 2005:
Siding on second side did not fit flat on frame (rippled).
|
| | May, 2006:
The first window went into the wrong spot. We took it back out, and put it in the right place. If we hadn't, then the two windows that were switched, would open the wrong way, as they are on opposite sides of the bus. (One was the rear co-pilot side window, the other was the first driver side window).

| | August, 2006:
Refrigerator vent cover did not fit the hole we made. The hole was slightly bigger than the vent. We had to make the hole smaller with fiberglass.
|
| | November, 2006:
Eagle window broke (maybe too tight, maybe temperature change, maybe something fell from the sky). Rich, our window person, said the window had an impact point, as the crack went in two different directions from that point. We do ocassionally hear gunshot in our neighborhood. What goes up, must come down. We'll never know!

| | December, 2006
Back up camera cable didn't work. We figured out that the problem was in the 65' extention cable that ran the length of the bus, by plugging the camera directlty into the monitor, and finding that it worked then. We had to take the ceiling panels off and pry into the rear cap to replace the cable. Once removed, we found that the extention cable had been knicked at some point while we worked around it.

| | February, 2007
Miscalculated wall depth for the windows. Need spacers to make window rings fit properly.
|
| | May, 2007:
Cabinet face broke (Rear cap, top starboard corner cabinet): This face piece was on my work table as I was cutting the design in the second face. I had my back to the first face, and did not see that it was vibrating right off the table! I did not do well with this. However, Art saved the day and glued it back together.

| | May, 2007:
Glued vinyl on wrong side of ceiling panel in bedroom. We left it this way. Because we covered the wrong side, and installed this panel upside down, the hole for the air conditioner was off by about 3/4 of an inch. Thank goodness the cover is much larger than the hole so it disguises our "whoops".

| | June, 2007:
Tears in wallpaper / liner wherever two pieces of plywood meets (plywood seams). Caused by the movement of the frame while driving. I have a couple ideas for hiding these. I'll update the progress here when it happens.

| | June, 2007:
Headboard cabinet doors One cabinet door was trimmed a tad too much - only Art could tell. We put a small trim piece under the hinge to raise the door to the same height as the other.
