Today it has been 4 years since the day the eagle landed here at our house and took over our lives! LOL I am sooo proud of the work we have done, that I sometimes find myself just sitting in the bus for long periods of time, enjoying everything around me that we have accomplished. Nobody that enters our cul-de-sac is safe! If anyone happens by and has a spare minute, I drag them in to show them. I wonder if that's why there are not that many door-to-door salepeople around here anymore!Even though it cost us our Annual Labor Day Campout, we really got a lot done this past weekend.
To put the refrigerator in place, we had to first get the wiring through the cabinet, and seal off the vented area behind and up to the vent above fridge. (How does Art know all this?? He never ceases to amaze me!)
Before we could complete the wiring, we had to make the upper cabinet beside the fridge, for the wiring to go through.
Upper cabinet made, we mounted the TV while we were waiting for the stain and polyurethane to dry.
Then it all came together.. upper cabinet hung, wiring & sealing completed, controller panel installed, the face of the refrigerator cabinet attached, and then ta-da ... the fridge!! And as a bonus... IT WORKS!!! woooo-hoooo!
Yesterday we took the bus to a local graphic artist to put the mural on the back. We decided to go ahead and use the picture we had rather than waiting until we get on the road to take our own.

As a finishing touch, I lined the side of the TV with felt,
to keep it from rubbing a hole in the wallpaper while in motion.Kitchen

We also made a trip to the lumber yard and picked up another stick of wood
to start making the faces for the cabinets we now have in place.Out for mural and name painting
