We've been deligently working (and sometimes reworking) the cabinets in the kitchen. I will sure be glad when this part is over. Most everything else we can make do, and not worry too much if it's not turning out exactly right... but these cabinets.... aye yi yi ... I can't wait until I don't have to worry about 1/16 of an inch we are off from my original calculations!!! I think I've aged 10 years in the last couple months! A true test of communication! We are making headway though. The bottom counters are finished on the sink side of the kitchen. We have the carcass made for the little cabinet on the refrigerator side... as well as the pieces for the refrigerator cabinet. We'll have to build that carcass on the inside of the bus, and push it back into place. We are not exactly sure what we are doing, and what we'll need to do to install the fridge, but you can bet I'll let you know if we survive it! LOL.
We also now have our countertops. Installation was included in the purchase price of the Corian from our local dealer, so meet Larry... who did a wonderful job of installing the counters! ![]()
