We still have some kemlite leftover, and finding plenty of uses for it. Here Art used it to cover the carpet in the tank bay for easy clean up if we have a spill.

Art took the bus in for an alignment, and for some reason it wouldn't start when they went to move it around. They ended up starting it with ether.... and now ever since, if we let the bus sit for more than a few hours, it has a problem, and won't start again. Art and his friends have it narrowed down to it's either losing it's prime, or it has an electrical problem. So far he found a problem with one of the batteries, and replaced it. They cleaned a bunch of cables and connections, and pulled out the manual to check the schematic for wire runs. Wednesday he replaced the fuel filters, and found the primary filter was not completely filled with fuel.
In the meantime, we ran out of time before our trip, so Art and Tom just picked up their thinking caps while we were there. Sure was a good trip, and great to see Tom and Sue again! ![]()

Then back to the drawing board. Art also found a problem with the fuel check valve. He could blow through it both ways, which could be a problem. We ordered a new one from Jefferson Truck, who had it *in stock* ! Should be here in a couple/few days, and we'll see. ![]()

Note added later: Even though it didn't start well the first time after replacing the valve, it has ever since then. Which makes us 99% sure that was probably it! LOL
