Preparing plywood:
The plywood was cut to 73" tall, and a 1/8" ledge (the thickness of the luan) routed into the top inch of each piece.

Trial wall and ceiling curve:
With our plywood and furring strips into place, Art and the boys bent the luan into place.
By George, I think this is going to work!

The real deal:
Here the walls are being attached permanently, with shower pan liner attached to the back, to stop any condensation from permeating the plywood.
